Help us build
the bid tracker
contractors
actually need.

We watch the bid page for you. When the agency posts an addendum, Q&A file, attachment, or due-date change, you will know before it costs you a submission.

The problem

Small teams have to
keep checking.

Most teams find the bid once, then have to keep checking back if anything changed. A bid can look complete when you first review it. Then the agency posts a new addendum, uploads a Q&A file, changes the due date, or revises the scope.

If your team misses that update, you waste time, make a no-bid decision too early, or submit with old information.

Addendum An addendum is posted
Q&A File A Q&A file is added
Attachment A new attachment appears
Due Date The due date changes
Instructions Submission instructions change
Who this is for

Janitorial & facility
service contractors.

We want to learn from companies that bid on public-sector cleaning, custodial, and facility service work: cities, counties, school districts, universities, housing authorities, state agencies, and federal buyers.

We want to hear from you if you
  • Track bids in more than one place
  • Check portals manually after finding a bid
  • Have missed or nearly missed an addendum
  • Know which sources matter most for your work
Early concept

A simple monitoring layer,
not another portal.

The idea is straightforward: watch selected procurement sources and send you an alert when something important changes on a bid you are tracking. No portal to log into. No manual checking.

Coverage would start with specific supported sources. We will not claim universal coverage unless each source has been tested and confirmed reliable.
01 You tell us which bids to watch Submit a solicitation number or link from a supported source. We watch it from that point forward.
02 We detect changes Addenda, Q&A files, revised attachments, due-date moves, scope changes. We check the source and log what changed.
03 You get an alert A notification lands in your inbox with what changed and a direct link back to the updated document or page.
